Abstract
It was a great day yesterday when IBS UTM and Graduate School Chiba University of Commerce signed an MOU and agreement to collaborate on education activities that enrich both organizations! The President himself , Prof Haruo Shimada was present with his whole team to celebrate the occasion! My special thanks to Prof Masumi Nakashima and Vice President Miyuki Aso for beautifully arranging the special occasion!!!
