Abstract
The purpose of this white paper is to provide an overview of IoT background, ecosystem, services and applications. Then, it further discusses on several regulatory aspects of IoT including spectrum requirement, network numbering and addressing, technical standardisation, roaming or mobility requirement, as well as security and data privacy. The paper also touches on the need for talent development and proof of concept (PoC) projects to facilitate IoT adoption.
