Abstract

This book which is the compilation of Open Educational Resources (OER) initiatives implemented so far at various Malaysian HEIs is an indication of Malaysia’s commitment to the worldwide OER movement catalysed by the recently proclaimed Paris Declaration. This book would contribute to the success of the implementation of one of the 21 Critical Agenda Projects (CAP), that is Lifelong Learning which is also one of the strategic thrusts of the National Higher Education Strategic Plan (PSTPN).
