Abstract
“Janganlah kau sayu, Airmata jangan dibuang, Kalau rindu, Pesan sahaja diawan petang...” (Do not be sad, And do not shed any tears, If you miss me, Say it to the evening clouds...” Lyrics from the song “Kalau Rindu” - both song and lyrics were written by my late father, Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah. I dedicate this song and these lyrics to my cousins, Luly Shahabudin, Shyda King and Al, whose father passed away on Sunday. (Dear Luly, Chor and Al : I took this photograph just before Maghrib, as I was thinking of you) May Allah shower His blessings upon your late father, and may he be placed amongst the righteous. AL FATIHAH
