Abstract
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was sealed between Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP) today at Dewan Azman Hashim, Menara Razak, UTM Kuala Lumpur. This MoU focuses on development partnership in the field of research and education. The ceremony was graced by a public lecture entitled Challenges and Strategies for the Next Decade, delivered by YDH Tan Sri Dato' Sri Khalid Abu Bakar, the Inspector General of Police.
