Abstract
Projek Hydro-Vortex — Lemoi,ringlet,cameron Highland. Inisiatif Kerjasama Universiti Program Transformasi Luar Bandar Strategi Lautan Biru Kebangsaan. Program ini memberikan akses kemudahan elektrik dan air bersih secara percuma untuk komuniti terpencil. Projek ini adalah sebahagian daripada tanggungjawab sosial (CSR) pihak UTM yang dilaksanakan secara kerjasama dengan lain-lain agensi kerajaan pusat, negeri dan NGO. Bertempat di Kg. Lemoi, Pos Lemoi.
