HRH Raja Zarith Sofiah Binti Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah, Permaisuri Johor graced the Deepavali Hi-Tea and gifts presentation ceremony organised by the National Community Service Committe, Malaysian Red Crescent, at the Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre on 16th October 2016.
